SAFETY FIRST
Tom and Rob both team up to enforce our companies safety requirements, as well as OSHA rules and regulations. Cardinal has gone one step further to ensure employee safety. We have created a safety incentive program, resulting in awards given back to the employees for days worked without injury. This, coupled with weekly safety meetings conducted on site help reduce our workman's comp. claims, which in turn makes us more competitive in the industry. We have a very qualified group of men and women here and we are doing everything we can to ensure their safety.
