6,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building accommodated an indoor tennis and basketball court. The unique characteristic of this project was the enclosed step down corridor from the house to court. The layout of the building was precisely placed on the property with the owners demand on to disturb the beautiful wildlife surroundings.
